Yoga, Music and Ministerial Activities Schedule

Please call to arrange special corporate or family sessions in your own home or office environment. Call or email me for the latest information. This schedule will change every 10 weeks or so.

Also, please inquire about ministerial services for weddings, baby blessings, memorials, commitment ceremonies or transitional ceremonies and spiritual coaching.

HIGHLIGHTS OF MY FUTURE SCHEDULE:

New yoga classes starting soon for September at the Vienna Community Center and the Little River Glen Senior Center.

I will be officiating weddings August 16, September 27 and October 11, 2008.

Mondays

9:15 to 10:00am and 10:15 to 11am, SENIORS' CLASS, beginning level, Little River Glen Senior Center, 4001 Barker Street, Fairfax, VA. Please call 703.503.8703 for information and to register for either of these Monday or Thursday classes. THIS CLASS WILL START IN SEPTEMBER.

12:30pm 1:30pm, Vienna Community Center, September 8 - November 24, (No class October 13 and November 17)

Fee: Vienna Residents: $60 / Non-Residents: $75 - Ten classes/One hour. Please call (703) 255-6360 for registration information.

7:00 pm, home studio, fully enrolled, but occasional openings are available. Please contact me.

Tuesdays

6am yoga class, Ballston Gold's Gym—ongoing, mixed levels, 60 minutes.

12:00pm yoga class, Merrifield Gold’s Gym on Gallows Road near Lee Highway, 60 minute, mixed-level class.

7:00 pm to 8:30pm, beginners' yoga, Vienna Community Center. September 9 - November 25, 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Wednesdays

Individual sessions of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy or spiritual coaching or meditation, depending upon availability. Some house calls available, please inquire.

If you have groups of 7 people or more, I will visit your home or business to give you a class in yoga, meditation or spiritual music presentations. Please call or email for details.

Music Studio Schedule

Children's Center for Language and Culture: A Spanish immersion program for children. I will be teaching music in the mornings from 9:30 to 12:30 every Saturday.

Levine School of Music: I finished my tenth year of teaching at the annual "Music and Arts Summer Camp" which was in session from June 23 through August 1, 2008.

Monday through Saturday: Private music instruction, home studio, call (703) 281-5498. Also, appointments are available for "Yoga For Musicians”®. Please inquire.
